During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the two amenities offered in my room - a television and a kettle to prepare hot tea. Additionally, the hotel is located in the city center, making it easily accessible to shops and restaurants. What I enjoyed the most was the cozy fireplace in the communal area which made me feel warm on a chilly night.

I was truly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows flat, making it hard for me to get a good night's sleep. Moreover, there was no hot water in the shower which made it a challenge to wash up in the morning. The biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness, as I noticed that the floors in the hallway and my room were dirty and unhygienic. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The rooms had a nice view of the river. The beds were quite comfortable, and the hotel was located close to some nice restaurants. The staff was friendly.

The bathroom was dirty upon our arrival, and it took several hours for the staff to clean it. The room was quite noisy at night with people walking around and slamming doors.
